Delivery Methods
We ship via Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. (TA-Q-BIN service).
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all addresses within Japan.
- Please note that some remote islands and mountainous areas may require additional days for delivery.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on the total order amount.

Delivery Time
Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation. Please allow for additional time during sale periods, for new releases, or when ordering items with different release dates.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Details / Important Notes
- Delivery cannot be made to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a full street address.
- The delivery time frame provided is an estimate. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If you are not available to receive the delivery, a missed delivery notice will be left. Please follow the instructions on the notice to arrange for redelivery or pick-up from your local office.
- After an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
- The delivery person will typically not wait at the door for an extended period. Please be prepared to receive your package promptly.

Our online store currently only ships within Japan. We apologize for any inconvenience.
